Fulfillment

Please note that all products are custom-made. The fulfillment time average is 2–7 business days.

Shipping

The average shipping time is usually about 6 business days, depending on the delivery destination.

For orders shipped to Europe the average shipping time is usually between 5-10 business days after fulfillment.

Please note that we do not ship currently to all other countries and territories that are not mentioned above. Our list of countries may change periodically.

It depends on the products and their sizes. There are some products that we will ship separately due to packaging differences. These products are wall art and pillows with stuffing.

Yes, all dekotown’s orders have tracking information. After sending your order out, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information included.

Please note that it can take up to 48 hours for shipment tracking information to show up in a carrier’s tracking system.

For international shipments it may take up to a few days to display the shipping status of the order.

The shipment tracking number can be found in the shipping notification email we send you out, as well as on your profile dashboard.

If your order’s estimated delivery time has passed and you still haven’t received it, here is what you can do:

  1. Wait a day or two. We understand it is frustrating to deal with late shipments, but please remember that shipments can get delayed for reasons we can’t predict.
  2. Get in touch with us. Let us know about your delayed shipment. We would be glad to help you. Reach us through our contact page.

In some cases, the local post is still able to deliver your parcel, depending on the error that was made in entering the shipping address.

If they are unable to deliver the package it will be returned to us and you will be notified once it is received back. Please confirm the updated and correct address within 4 weeks, as well as confirm the charges for reshipping the package. 

Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we don’t accept cancellations. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
